1. Products

• All products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients and skin safe fragrance oils.

• Colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly from batch to batch.

• We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee they are exact.
   

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are processed securely through our website.

• We accept Debit/Credit cards, ApplePay, PayPal.

• Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
   

3. Processing and Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and then shipped.

• Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

• Shipping method: USPS Ground Advantage / First Class Package.

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from shipment.

• Shipping costs:

• $6.00 flat rate for orders under $30

• Free shipping for orders $30 or more

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
   

4. Packaging Extras

• Each order may include thank-you cards, stickers, or samples as a little gift from us.

• These items are not guaranteed to be the same in every order.
   

5. Allergies & Safety

• Our products are for external use only.

• Check ingredient lists for allergies before use.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Not intended for children.

• Our products do not include SPF.
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control (USPS, weather, etc.).

• Liability is limited to the cost of the product only, not shipping or consequential damages.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
