At July Amber Co., we take pride in our handmade, small-batch body care products. To ensure hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on body butters or other personal care products once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at julyamberco@yahoo.com

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item.

We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping costs for replacements may be covered by us depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged of defective items.

We do not offer exchanges for size, scent, or preference changes.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued if a replacement is not possible

Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or USPS delays (including but not limited to weather).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
