Return Policy
 

At July Amber Co., we take pride in our handmade, small-batch body care products. To ensure hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on body care products once they have been shipped.
 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at julyamberco@gmail.com

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item.

  • We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs for replacements may be covered by us depending on the situation.
     

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged of defective items.

  • We do not offer exchanges for size, scent, or preference changes.
     

Store Credit:

  • Store credit may be issued if a replacement is not possible

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire
     

Shipping Issues:

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or USPS delays (including but not limited to weather).

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
